According to this article from the Wall Street Journal, Alyssa Miller here didn’t think she’d be making it onto any of the coveted pages of Sports Illustrated for anything but soccer. “I thought for sure that I would go pro,” she said. “It’s still exciting to be in the sports world in my own way.” Nailed it. Exciting is a great word for I was thinking too, Alyssa. (Or experiencing that is.)
